Printing or copying of pages for the use of others by any means, whether mechanical, electronic or other, contravenes the copyright of the author. It is also unfair to those people who actually pay for their copy of the book.

Delivery

You should be able to access your copy of the "Stone Age Diet is Easy Cookbook" within minutes of our receiving your order. A short delay is necessary while our payment supplier makes the usual credit checks. As soon as these have been successfully completed, you will receive an email confirming your order and providing instructions on how to download the book.

Occasionally it may take a little longer for the email to reach you. This may happen if there are problems on the Internet or if your Internet Service Provider has problems. These events are outside our control.

Taxes and duties
